Make your theatre experience unforgettable with a private reception in our elegant Langworthy Lounge. Perfect for entertaining clients, celebrating with friends, or gathering your group before the show.
Rental Details- Minimum Guests: 40
- Groups under 40 pay the 40-person rate
- Maximum Guests: 60
- Donation for Reservation and Bartender Fee: $1,185
($1,000 donation for reservation may be tax-deductible)
Food Options- Bring your own cold platters (sandwich trays, hors d’oeuvres, etc.)
- Bring your own hot food (requires prior approval)
- Catering option: $500 DiBruno Bros. package (includes charcuterie, cheese, crudité, and an intermission dessert tray; serves 60; pricing subject to change)
Timing & Access- Located on the second floor with elevator access
- Private access begins 1 hour before curtain
- Open during intermission for 20 minutes (when applicable)
- Beverages must remain in the lounge or lobby (not permitted inside the theatre)

- Beer (Light Beer, Lager)
- Wine (White: Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc; Red: Cabernet or Pinot Noir)
- Spirits: Bourbon (Maker’s Mark), Rum (Captain Morgan Dark, Bacardi White), Vodka (Stateside or Tito’s), Gin (Tanqueray or Bluecoat), Scotch (Dewar’s)
- Mixers/Non-Alcoholic: Ginger Ale, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Bottled Water, Tonic Water, Club Soda, Cranberry Juice, Orange Juice
