This is Siobhán’s 10th season at the Walnut, and she is thrilled for her new position as Director of Production. Previous to her years as Assistant Production Manager at WST, Siobhán was on faculty at Florida State University’s School of Theatre as Stage Management Advisor. There, she was responsible for mentoring stage management students, as well as training run crew and advising managers in the classroom, rehearsal, and backstage. She has enjoyed years of experience working with large theatrical companies such as Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas, working for Criss Angel Believe, and Norwegian Cruise Line where she toured the world as a PSM and Production Manager.
Siobhán began her career, after earning her BA from Rutgers University, in New York City with an internship at The New Group in Manhattan. After working as a freelance stage manager for a few years, Siobhán got her MFA in Stage Management from The Professional Theatre Training Program at the University of Delaware, studying under Rick Cunningham and Sandy Robbins, and went on to work at various regional theatres across the country before settling here in Philadelphia. Siobhán is originally from the Jersey Shore, and currently lives in Center City.
