Family comedies, the pre-curser to television sit-coms, made up most of the Walnut's 1926
season. Robert Montgomery had a supporting role in one such production called
One of the Family. This and other family comedy tours that came through had
little success, but Montgomery moved to Hollywood shortly thereafter where he
