Jane Fonda premiered at the Walnut on February 9, 1960 in her first important
stage role, playing a rape victim in
There Was a Little Girl.
Daughter of Walnut veteran and Hollywood star Henry Fonda, Jane went on to
become a two-time Academy Award-winner, political activist, and fitness guru.
